AFA is founded, operated and owned by three social work professionals and exists to provide high quality fostering services to Local Authorities in East Anglia, East Midlands & South Wales.

The Agency aims to provide care for local children and young people, working to keep them in touch with their families, friends and communities.

The Agency believes that working as a foster carer is one of the most rewarding things that anyone can do, and seeks to support carers in the best ways achievable, benefitting young people themselves and society as a whole.
